Our Verdict

Generally speaking, Betway is a pretty decent online casino, although certain inadequacies cannot be disregarded, and the operator definitely stands for improvement. The site layout could use a major overhaul as the lack of search filters (in combination with the size of the offer) prevents effective navigation. Not to mention the fact that contact details and the live chat service are almost impossible to find. The Help page is really not that helpful and the casino is not clear about jackpot withdrawal policies or limits, which could potentially lead to some unpleasant surprises. It should also be mentioned that the Flexi Bonus system is a nice touch, but it comes with a price of forfeiting the bonus cash.
